Theory of relativity is such a thing that sometimes we just don't want to understand it. But its not as complicated as it seems. It is very hard to describe this theory by writing and the same problems come when someone tries to understand it by reading. But it is very easy to understand when it is visualized through a video. Here are some videos to make it easy...
1. This one is the best video to understand everything important with this topic. But one must pause the videos every 5 second to read and understand with the help of the pictures.
Must read after watching: This video shows that the space ship is moving with the speed of light, but it is not possible. Because due to relative mass (described in previous video) the mass of the space ship will become zero. Which means it would have no volume, mass, and it will not be visible. Which is not possible. But theoretically it is true. Let the space ship is moving with the speed of light, and you are inside the ship. Then you spent 30 minutes there and return to earth. You will remain the same but then your friends would become old enough to be called grandpa or grandma. It means you will be in future then. Then you will ask how 30 minutes for you can be 50 years for the others. The answer is in the video. For your speed!!!
3. This one is good for understanding the relativity of time. It shows how time runs slower when we are moving with a good speed.
4. This one is for higher understanding and again the proof of "nothing is faster than the speed of light"
